We are racing next weekend so, will miss the Friday interval run, so was proud of both myself and Kirsty Sesto for getting out on a cold morning for our weekly interval run. 800m repeats this morning, which rebalways tough but easy to remember.
- 2.5km warm up
- 6 - 8 X 800m effort, with 200m easy
- 1km cool down
