Did Some Exercise After a long time

I woke up a little early this morning. It was Saturday and a holiday, so I tried to go back to bed, but I couldn't sleep. Then I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood, as it had been a while since I'd done any physical activity. I didn't have much to do this morning. I freshened up, put on my shoes, and headed out for a walk. The days are getting shorter these days, and the sun rises later. Today, it was cloudy around us, and we couldn't see much. I started with a light jog. This warms up the body, warms it up, and increases blood circulation. We didn't have much trouble going downhill because the road is sloped and easy. However, when we came back uphill, we had to work twice as hard, which required more energy, and those with less stamina would get tired. I started slowly because I knew that if I ran too fast, my legs might start hurting the next day and I might not be able to run the next day. I was seeing that many people go for a walk in the morning and many people were also coming back after walking. I saw many people who live about 2 kilometers away from my house and were going for a walk in front of my house and then would return the same distance. There were vehicles moving on the road but their number was less so there was not much problem.
When I arrived, about 500 meters from my house, there was a park. I had visited this park before, but it was quite crowded in the evenings. In the morning, the park was completely empty, and there were many exercise equipment available. I decided to try the equipment. Since the entire park was empty, I went inside and saw a variety of equipment, but the one I liked the most was this double air walker. A few days ago, while I was going from here for some work, I saw an uncle exercising on this double air walker, so I decided to try it. I placed both feet on the footrests and placed both hands on the supporting angles. I moved my legs back and forth slowly at first. Then, when I started gaining momentum, I started doing the exercise faster, and I was enjoying it. It felt like I was running on air, and it was fun.
I see that many people walking on the road were watching me, but I was busy in exercising. Then some boys came into the park, exercising on other equipments, and they had a dog with them. I had been exercising for more than 10 minutes, and I decided to walk a little further, since I had come here for a walk. I walked a little further, and I noticed that the heat was starting to ease and the sun was starting to rise. Then I headed back home and jogged a little, but going uphill requires a lot of stamina, and only those who are used to it can do it daily, so I couldn't jog for long. I then picked up some pace and reached home in a short time.
