Sports Sunday with Scottie Schefler

Scottie

We all need to give a bit more love to the Sports Talk Social community in my opinion.

For me, it's a community that could really take off.

Talk about sport and get paid in Crypto currency.

That's very 2025.

Well, I'm going to post here and there about Sporting Heroes.

I'll start off with one I saw up close and personal recently here in Ireland.

Introducing Mr. Scottie Schefler

This man has ice running through his veins.

Give Scottie a lead and you may as well forget about it. He won't relinquish, he'll get it done.

And so it proved at Royal Portrush. Scottie led by four strokes going into Sunday after blistering under par rounds of 68-64-67 in Portrush.

The clutch man of course kept it going in the final round with another round in the 60s closing in 3-under with a 68 to earn his fourth major title. Scheffler is still only 29 and he has lots of Major titles yet to come.

Mr. Chill lines up a putt and guess what?

Yep, he made the putt.

And then a Champion was born.

It was pretty cool to be up close and personal for this momentous occasion.

Here are a few more shots up beside the green as Scottie finished his round and won the much sought after claret jug.

That 64 was some score. They are comparing him to Tiger which I think is a bit premature, but an amazing golfer he is.

Thank you for that, and what I thought. 4 majors how the heck can be compared to Tiger lol

Ya man, not even on the same planet yet.

Speith looked likely.

McIlroy for a while.

Now Scottie.

Give me a nudge when somebody gets to six or seven.

Sure, Scottie has potential to do it, but lets see him walk the walk.

Tiger was unplayable at times and his number stands at 15.

Very unlikely to be broken.

Don't get me started on Jack 🤣
