Cooking healthy papaya

Generally we know papaya as curry or vegetable. It can be eaten in two ways. It can be eaten as raw curry or vegetable and if it is eaten cooked then it is considered as fruit. It is a very healthy curry or fruit. In our country raw papaya fry is cooked and eaten with curry. Different types of meat can be cooked. In our country papaya curry is very popular and very tasty food.

Raw papaya has a lot of health benefits. It is very effective in curing fever. Those who have gastric or indigestion problems. If they eat more raw papaya, they will benefit from these problems. It is very effective for those who have asthma. Playing it inside and cleansing the body is very beneficial for brain skin and is very beneficial for those who have asthma problems.

We will talk about how to cook delicious and nutritious papaya without talking too much The first thing we need to do is take the PPT. We have to take care of the green peel on the skin of the papaya. We have to clean it well first and you can cut a papaya into 4 pieces and clean the seeds inside. It should be cut to medium size then it should be cleaned with good or white water

For cooking, we need to cut some of them like chili, onion, garlic

Adding fish with papaya will be more delicious so I have already fried some fish

We will use a pot for cooking. We will heat the pot a little on the stove and put some cooking oil inside the stone.

When they turn a little light red, we put them inside our papaya pot and cook well for 5 to 7 minutes.

Add some water and cover it with a lid. After 5 to 7 minutes we will cover our fish.

After 5 to 7 minutes we need to check if our curry is cooked and salt and everything else is fine. If everything is fine or the amount of water is a little low then you can turn off the stove. It is very tasty. The papaya was cooked with fish. I found this recipe very simple and very tasty. I hope you like it too.
