Low on Cardio Today
I haven't moved much today. I really felt a bit tired after the weekend and all I did in terms of physical activity was some walk to the park and back and went to the gym as well.
As of tomorrow I will resume my cardio exercises cuz there's fat to burn. That will easily push me above the 10,000 steps threshold I set for myself.
I wish I would have become more active since years ago, but it's never too late.
If you're asking what's with the pic... well, it was taken on Saturday while on a boat with a friend on the lake. I Iike sunsets a lot.
