Aktuell bin ich mehr oder weniger recht viel von der Arbeit aus unterwegs - daher tut der Ausgleich im Studio recht gut. Heute war das Training nicht unbedingt lange 72 Minuten - aber dafür recht intensiv. Meine Herzfrequenz konnte ich mehr oder weniger im Bereich von 120 bis 140 halten. Mit 745 verbrannten Kalorien in diesem Workout bin ich recht zufrieden. Bin mir bei der Messung der Smartwatches zwar nie so sicher ob der Wert stimmt, aber das sei mal dahin gestellt.

Currently I'm more or less quite a lot from work - so the balance in the studio does quite well. Today the training was not necessarily long 72 minutes - but quite intense. I was able to keep my heart rate more or less in the range of 120 to 140. With 745 calories burned in this workout, I'm quite satisfied. I'm never sure if the value is correct when measuring the smartwatches, but nevermind.
