Heute auf dem Tennisplatz - Today on the Tenniscourt

Ausgeschlafen - Wäsche gewaschen und ab auf den Tennisplatz. Leider fehlt mir wie irgendwie bei allem in den letzten Monaten die Zeit dafür mal etwas richtig anzugehen. Tennis habe ich dieses Jahr nur zwei Mal gespielt. Heute und vor ca 3 Monaten - dementsprechend habe ich heute auch gespielt. Zum Glück war es nur ein Spiel gegen einen Kumpel - verloren habe ich trotzdem .

Kurz danach ging es für mich weiter ins Fitnessstudio. Habe mich kurz umgezogen, den roten Staub abgeschüttelt und weiter gings. Neuerdings trainiere ich mit einem Freund zusammen, was vor allem meine Dauer die ich im Studio bin positiv beeinflusst. Insgesamt bin ich heute mit beiden Aktivitäten auf über 2000Kcal gekommen, die ich zusätzlich verbrannt habe.

Dementsprechend müde bin ich aber auch aktuell.

Slept in - laundry washed and off to the tennis court. Unfortunately, I lack like somehow with everything in recent months, the time to tackle something right. I have played tennis only twice this year. Today and about 3 months ago - accordingly I played today. Luckily it was only a game against a buddy - but I still lost.

Shortly after that I went to the gym. I changed my clothes, shook off the red dust and went on. Lately I've been working out with a friend, which has a positive effect on the time I spend in the gym. All in all, I burned more than 2000Kcal with both activities today.

I am pretty tired now.

Kommentar - Commentary

Essenstechnisch lässt sich eigentlich nur eines feststellen - ich hab viel zu wenig gegessen für die Kalorien die ich verbraucht habe. Aber immerhin habe ich mein Ziel von fast 2g Protein pro KG Körpergewicht fast erreicht. Ich bin Glücklich!

In terms of food, there is only one thing that can be said - I ate far too little for the calories I consumed. But at least I have almost reached my goal of almost 2g protein per kg body weight. I am happy!
