Der frühe Vogel // The early bird - 07.09.22
Gestern war ich recht früh schlafen, da ich heute bereits gegen 4 Uhr aufstehen musste und recht weit zu meinem Einsatzort fahren musste. Alles in allem ging die Arbeit heute aber recht gut von der Hand und ich konnte in meiner Abteilung durchaus den ein oder anderen Erfolg verbuchen.
Nach der Arbeit hab ich mir dann erneut einen XXL Döner geholt - Döner und ich das ist wie Donuts und ich - einfach zu lecker um es nicht zu essen. Also man merkt - Ernährung kann ich - nicht.
Nach dem Essen ging es für mich weiter ins Fitnessstudio, wo ich knapp 900Kcal verbrennen konnte. Seitdem ich mit meinem Kollegen trainiere, sind meine Trainingsessions nicht nur länger geworden, sondern auch effektiver, gerade bei den letzten zwei Wiederholungen kann man nochmal alles herausholen, weil man Unterstützung hat. Ich hoffe, dass ich so den ein oder anderen Erfolg auch im Studio verbuchen kann.
Yesterday, I went to bed quite early because I had to get up at around 4 a.m. today and had to travel quite far to my place of work. All in all, the work today went quite well from the hand and I could definitely book one or two successes in my department.
After work I got myself another XXL kebab - kebabs and me that's like donuts and me - just too tasty not to eat it. So you notice - nutrition I can - not.
After the meal, it went on for me in the gym, where I could burn just under 900Kcal. Since I train with my colleague, my training sessions are not only longer, but also more effective, especially in the last two repetitions you can get out everything again, because you have support. I hope that I can also record one or two successes in the studio.
