16. Januar 2024: Korrektur meines Eigenbedarfs

Einen wunderschönen guten Abend :)
Insgesamt habe ich heute etwas weniger als 1700 Kcal zu mir genommen - damit habe ich noch ca. 700 Kalorien übrig. Mein Eigenbedarf denn ich immer bei ca. 2100 angesetzt habe, habe ich mittlerweile runtergesetzt auf 1881 das kam bei mir nach einer Messung mit einer InBody-Waage raus. Dazu werde ich bei Gelegenheit mal einen kleinen Beitrag hier auf der Chain schreiben. Die Waage misst so einiges und hat laut Berichten eine 97% Genauigkeitsquoten in allen Werten. Die steht zufällig in meinem Fitnessstudio und kostet in der Anschaffung schlappe 17.000 Euro. xD

Schrittetechnisch die 15K knapp verfehlt, immer noch über 10K - ich bin zufrieden :)

I ate a little less than 1700 Kcal today - so I still have about 700 calories left. My personal requirement, which I always set at around 2100, has now been reduced to 1881, which is what I came up with after measuring with an InBody scale. I will write a short article about this here on the Chain when I get the chance. The scale measures a lot of things and according to reports has a 97% accuracy rate in all values. It happens to be in my gym and costs a whopping 17,000 euros to buy. xD

Just missed the 15K in steps, still over 10K - I'm happy :)
