My 16th Parkrun with Alltime Best!

Bright blue sky, around 6 degrees, a light wind and an almost empty park. Ideal conditions for a successful parkrun in the eastern part of Munich.
37 runners were on the start at 9.00 am today and gave their best. There were 10 best times in total! I also had my alltime best with 31 min. 38 sec. for the distance of 5 km.
I changed my running style a bit, which showed immediate results (smaller steps, but higher cadence).
Below a few more pictures of the park. I took the picture of the kebab counter in the nearby shopping center. Everything is prepared for the hungry customers who will come soon.
It is really great to have these parkruns in my neighbourhood!

37 Läufer*innen waren heute um 9.00 Uhr früh am Start und gaben ihr Bestes. Es gab insgesamt 10 Besttimes! Auch ich hatte mit 31 Min. 38 Sek. für die Strecke von 5 km meine Alltime Bestzeit.
Ich habe ein wenig meinen Laufstil geändert, was sofort Resultate zeigte (kleinere Schritte, dafür höhere Schrittfrequenz).
Unten noch ein paar Bilder vom Park. Die Aufnahme vom Dönerstand habe ich im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum gemacht. Alles ist vorbereitet für die hungrigen Kunden, die bald kommen werden.
Es ist wirklich großartig, diese Parkrun in meiner unmittelbaren Umgebung zu haben!
