Easy Running!

Only little reminds of Christmas 2020. Occasionally you can see Christmas trees on balconies or - as here - a decorated tree, which I passed today during my 10 km run.
The run today was very relaxed, I tried to keep my pulse low (around 140 beats/min) and also breathed very calmly only through my nose. Breathing in and out through the nose alone is supposed to have the best success in endurance training.
I find this technique very good, I arrive home much more refreshed and not so exhausted.
Nur noch wenig erinnert an das Weihnachtsfest 2020. Vereinzelt sieht man Weihnachtsbäume auf Balkonen oder - wie hier - eine geschmückte Esche, die ich heute bei meinem 10 km Lauf passierte.
Der Lauf heute war sehr gemütlich, ich bemühte mich um einen niedrigen Puls (um die 140 Schläge/Min) und atmetet auch sehr ruhig nur durch die Nase. Das Ein- und Ausatmen allein durch die Nase soll bei Ausdauertraining den besten Erfolg haben.
Ich finde diese Technik sehr gut, ich komme viel erholter zu Hause an und bin nicht so erschöpft.
