A longer Run than usual.

In order to still reach my annual running goal, I ran a little more than usual today.

All my runs over 10 km are still somehow exhausting for me, but at the end of the day I feel very comfortable and satisfied.

Um mein Jahres Laufziel noch zu erreichen, bin ich heute etwas mehr als sonst gelaufen.

Alle meine Läufe über 10 km sind für mich nach wie vor irgendwie anstrengend, aber am Ende des Tages fühle ich mich sehr wohl und zufrieden.
