Perfect Running Day!

In the morning, a lot of snow fell, which, however, melted again in the course of the day except for a few leftovers.

Today my legs ran almost by themselves! I do not know what the reason was, but somehow everything fit today: the track (hilly), the weather, the temperature, just perfect!




Am Vormittag fiel sehr viel Schnee, der allerdings im Laufe des Tages bis auf ein paar Reste wieder geschmolzen ist.

Heute liefen meine Beine fast wie von selbst! Ich weiß nicht, woran das lag, aber irgendwie hat heute alles gepasst: die Strecke (hügelig), das Wetter, die Temperatur, einfach perfekt!
