My run today was very pleasant, my feet felt light and I made good pace. The temperature was just below 0 degrees Celsius and I felt the cold air through my nose and mouth.
In the cold season, I always wear a scarf on my runs that also covers my mouth, this way the air I breathe is warmed up a bit.
Mein Lauf von heute war sehr angenehm, leichte Füße und ich kam gut voran. Die Temperaturen waren knapp unter 0 Grad Celsius und ich spürte die kalte Luft durch Nase und Mund.
In der kalten Jahreszeit trage ich bei meinen Läufen immer ein Halstuch, das auch meinen Mund bedeckt, auf diese Weise wird die Atemluft doch ein wenig angewärmt.
