Early Morning Run!

A run in the early morning, when the sun has not yet unleashed its power, is very pleasant. The nearby park is almost empty, the air enjoyably fresh.
Then in the afternoon the temperature climbed to more than 30 degrees Celsius. For me, in any case, that would be much too hot for a run.
Ein Lauf am frühmorgens, wenn die Sonne noch nicht ihre Kraft entfaltet hat, ist sehr angenehm. Der nahegelegene Park ist fast leer, die Luft angenehm frisch.
Am Nachmittag stieg dann die Temperatur auf mehr als 30 Grad Celsius. Für mich auf jeden Fall wäre das viel zu heiß für einen Lauf.

Yeah, it becomes too hot later in the day to run. I love the early morning time.
I agree, to run in the morning is (at least for me) the only option.

Yeah, thank you. It is really very hot like in summer. Today we have over 31 degrees Celsius.
I hope you have AC? I'm also hoping not to have another summer like we had last year, hitting record heat of 108 degrees! Way too hot. Stay cool and have a lovely day!
No AC! In general Ac is not as common here in Germany as in US.
As our buildings have often very thick brickwalls, the temperature inside the house is normally at least 10 Celsius degrees less than outside. So actually it feels quite cool and comfortable in summer.
