My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2023

Today I woke up at about 11 AM. Then I have coffee and cigarette. Then I walked around my house for about half an hour. Then I took a bath and had lunch. At about 5 PM, my father and I walked in our neighbourhood for about an hour. We came back home at about 7 PM. Then I had my dinner and rested for an hour. Then I walked around my house for just 30 minutes. I got over 10K activity counts on actifit app. That's all for today.
