My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2023
Today I went to downtown Yangon with my father. While my father was talking with his friend, I was walking in the street in front of their house. The sun was shining. So I was carrying an umbrella while walking. I walked for an hour. Then we drived back home. I got over 10K activity counts for that.
