My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2023
Yesterday afternoon I took a walk around the city 5 km long. In the evening I went to the gym and played volleyball for 2 hours. The game was very active. Because of the heat outside, it was very stuffy in the gym and in the evening after the game I weighed 1.5 kg less than in the morning. True, I probably then drank the same amount of liquid.
According to the fitness bracelet, I managed to walk more than 18,000 steps in a day.
I used Stepn while walking and used all the energy available. For the walk, I got a Mystery box of the third level. When I opened the box of the third level, I got two gems.
