Yesterday afternoon I was busy helping relatives build a house and was active there a lot. Then I went to my parents' summer house, where I did household chores. In the evening we went to the sauna and relaxed.

I managed to walk more than 16,000 steps in a day.

I didn't have time for walks and I didn't use Stepn
