My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2023

Yesterday afternoon I went to town on business. I was too busy to take a walk. In the evening, my wife and daughter and I went to the walking area by the river and took a walk there.

I managed to walk over 11,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn while walking and used all the energy available. But on this day I did not open the boxes and did not get a new box for a walk.
