My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2023

Yesterday was a pretty active day. I had a lot of household chores during the day. At lunchtime I went to the store. In the evening, homework again. I coaxed myself into taking a short evening walk despite being tired.

I managed to walk over 15,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn while walking and didn't use all the energy available. Because of the short walk, I did not open the boxes and did not receive boxes for the walk.
