My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2023

Yesterday afternoon, my wife and daughter and I went to a pine forest for a walk. We wandered around the forest a lot and the total distance we walked was about 6 km. Then I went to a small pond to do a little fishing with a spinning rod. In the evening, my wife and I took another short walk, and then I went to the grocery store. All in all it was quite a busy day.

I managed to walk more than 19,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn while walking. I did not open boxes or receive new boxes.
