My Actifitivity: January 4 2022
Tuesday.
The mild temperatures are slowly declining and a steady rain has moved in. The weatherman said it might turn into snow in the coming days. We'll see about that.
I took an afternoon walk into the woods despite all that rain. The forest air is particularly soothing when it's been thoroughly rinsed.
I love these parts of the forest where the moss has entirely taken over the ground. Makes me wonder how pristine it would look if someone spent half the afternoon picking up all those leaves and twigs here.
Hmmm... maybe there's worse things to waste some time with?!
Not today, though. Instead I'll show you a glossy wet colony of tiny mushrooms enjoying the mild winter weather on a decaying tree stump mountain cliff.
It's neither Friday nor Monday, but shrooms are awesome on any day of the week.

they're cute right?! they are called "winterhelmling", mycena tintinnabulum, I couldn't find an english translation... apparently it's mycelium is bioluminescent... I'm tempted to go back there to see if it's actually visible at night.
oh, it is like Chinese now for me, dont even try to find the English word 😂
Well, until Friday we will know did you went back to check that ;D
even if it gives off a faint glow... that will certailnly be almost impossible to capture...
