My Actifitivity: January 21 2022

Friday.

Grandma is doing much much better today. She's almost back to her normal self again, ate properly, reached for snacks without needing extra encouragement and we even had some resemblance of a conversation again. What a relief, I can physically feel the tension between my shoulder blades easing.

I felt ok to go for a longer walk in the afternoon again and I was promptly rewarded by discovering yet another pond nearby. It's amazing, after almost two years of walking circles and circles all around this village I can still find entirely new places!!

And luckily, since it's Friday, I also noticed some tiny mushrooms growing on the meadow next to the pond, too. Ta-da! #Fungifriday! Still not a rule #3 post, though.

Good opportunity to get used to my new phone's macro lens. It's doing quite ok but it's having trouble with creating a stable white balance which will make shooting series of the same subject a bit finnickey.

Oh well... I'll find ways to make it work.
