I walked this evening up to the cemetery and watch some of the crow families teaching their babies to fly. I walked by the Hoquiam Hotel on the way back home. I saw some pretty flowers on the way in some blackberry bushes.

Well done! I used the Actifit App a while ago but had to delete it again. I had not enough space on the phone and I use another app for tracking my workouts and heart rate. I like the idea of the app keeping people active. Activity and movement are key for your health. Maybe I will install Actifit again for my hiking tours or guarding tours at work.
