My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2022

It was such a beautiful afternoon today and a good day to get out and walk.

It was not too hot like it was on Saturday. I was melting and it was hot hot hot. Today, there was a cool steady breeze.

I took the bus to Rite Aide in Aberdeen and got my 2nd booster shot.

I bought some Juanita corn chips because they are gluten free and a box of Chamomile Tea at Swanson’s Grocery store. I am very sensitive to gluten and wheat.

I decided to walk back home along Grays Harbor to enjoy the sites on this route.

I love to see the water and how far the tide is in or out and watch the cute seagulls on the beach and in the parking lot. 😆It’s fun to see the other people with their kids and dogs 🐕 enjoying themselves too.
