My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2023

My nephew and I walked up to the park today to get some exercise after the 4th of July holiday. The fireworks were so loud none of us could stand it and it felt like getting hit over the head with bombarding noise. We took a few days to recover because the loud noises made us depressed. So we had to get out today in the sun and fresh air. The poor dog was a wreck even on medicine from the vet. Ok, enough complaining.

The sun shining on the morning glories above was breathtaking. We felt so much better getting out in the sun and fresh air moving our legs and feeling the cool breeze on our heads.

The wind was blowing the white morning glories above. That is why they look distorted.

The color of the sky was such an incredible color of blue today. I’m so grateful to have witnessed the beauty of Summer this afternoon.

I’m sorry this picture wasn’t as clear. I didn’t notice it until now. It might be the way the sun was hitting the tree that gives a hazy look. I probably aimed the camera at a bad angle of light for this picture.

The cluster of white daisies above looks incredibly beautiful.

I hope you enjoyed viewing my walk that I went on today with my nephew.

My nephew is working on his strength in his new hip and other hip too and legs. A person does use more muscles walking uphill and it does helps your core get stronger as well as toning up your entire body.

The weather looks a little sunnier down your way than it was up here, although, it was sun and then clouds and then sun again here.

Beautiful pics my friend and as the for photo of the tree you say is blurry.......it was the sun, but it adds an interesting dimension to the pic. That's what makes sunshine photos so interesting! The play of light.

Sometimes people's celebration can get louder and messier, affecting other people's quiet enjoyment. Such is life. The white daisies pictures look great I must say. Am glad to you went out with your nephew to enjoy the fresh breath and beauty of nature.

So...
I have a "emergency" meeting on Monday morning to "get the deposit paid"!
And here they are "cranking up the heat", so to speak...
But...
