My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2023

Today was a very beautiful Summer day for my walk up to Sunset Memorial Park. I had an enjoyable time exercising.

Walking up the hill for about a mile is very good trading for strength in you core, legs, lungs, and other muscles. I was rewarded be seeing 3 beautiful deer on the way.

The deer above is stretching her back legs. I alarmed the deer a little stopping to take their picture, so the mother deer got up and stretched. There was a fawn in the picture but hidden by the shade.

This is as close as I could get to the butterfly with my phone camera. The zoom isn’t the best. I tried to get closer but is scared the butterfly away. There was another butterfly this one was flying with, so I left them alone to feel free of danger.

I got some really good bumble bee pictures on these blackberry bush flowers.

There were so many beautiful trees, flowers, and berries bushes to see today. I am so grateful I have this beauty so close to me to walk to.

What a lovely walking trail indeed! Love the flowers and the butterfly and bees :) Such a wonder to be close to nature. Looks like weather is good too. It's all rainy here (monsoon season). Happy new month ahead! :D

Thank you so much @aliveandthriving. It is very beautiful here and I'm very lucky to live near this area. I loved seeing all the bees and taking their pictures. I love them and I love butterflies. I saw 2 butterflies flying together. I got a picture of one butterfly. Yes the weather is very nice, not too hot like the rest of the country. We are very fortunate here in the state of Washington near the Pacific coast. We get a lot of offshore winds that keep it cool. Have a wonderful rest of the week! 🌟🌷😊 !BBH !CTP

Awww...that's a shame! The image, a cute dancing bee, has nothing to do with Barbie, so I was confused at first reading your reply. It's so curious that the image names and what they actually are rarely coincide. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I tried to help a bee last night. It was hanging on this morning and flew a little ways and landed in the grass. It hid so I will leave him alone now. I felt bad I could not be more helpful to the bee. Yes I watched the trailer to the new Barbie Movie and seems silly but I haven't seen the whole thing. I love the colors in it though. 🌟😂😅🌟💚
