My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2024

I went on a walk with my nephew this morning and the tide was out pretty far. The air had a bit of an icy feel to it.

The seagulls were enjoying the upwind that let them soar in the sky.

I love to see how happy the seagulls were while riding the wind.

I went out in the afternoon to get in more steps and I saw many beautiful flowers blooming in the sunshine.

Behold. Lavender heather my friends.

Yellow daffodils were in a row that looked almost like a Kings crown.

I think these flowers are white heather of some kind with a bumble bee gathering nectar on the bush.

The other 3 pictures have the same bumble be on the bush.

It looks like it was a super low tide. I know that we get what they call a super tide. Do you know if this was one?

Awesome pics! I especially like the bumble bee! Seems early for them, but I suspect they are happy to be out in the sunshine doing what they do best-pollinating!

I am not sure @elizabethbit I'm looking at this chart and Google and don't see anything about Super Low Tide. There is a chart on this calendar here.It sure looked like a super low tide didn't it. 😀

I saw your post and your pictures! Lovely! Thanks for sharing them sis! I'm hoping to have a better hike than I've had in a while; I've had some joint issues and it's affecting my hips and right leg a bit. Makes it kind of painful. Hoping for the best!

The weather report says all clear and sunny through the weekend! 🌞🌞🌞 I understand the painful hips, Sis! I find getting out and moving enjoying yourself can help. I take Turmeric capsules and they help inflammation. I take ibuprofen and acetaminophen alternating all of them. I to my best with these and I find the Turmeric helps a lot. You take care too, Sis! Thank you for the information. I've tried it before, but it didn't seem to help much. I know it has other nutritional advantages, so I eat the spice in food.
