Thank you so much @elizabethbit Sis! I loved the ducks and seagulls too! I also find the wind and storms exhilarating. I always loved to walk in a wind storm unless it's too dangerous. Thanks so much sis, @adcreatordesign! I'm not really sure what he caught or even from who. He's a bit better today. We took a almost straight uphill hike to try to get his lungs working and hopefully skate the possibility of pneumonia.

I'm doing my best to stay healthy, and thus far, am okay. I really don't have time to be sick with all the stuff that's on my plate right now.

He is still working on getting better; he is better than yesterday but has a lot of congestion! The hiking gets you to breathing, working your lungs which is going to help make sure you don't go into pneumonia. Some hiking is good when you're sick; the key is not to overdo it.

So far, I'm still okay! I do get exposed to lots of folks at work, so maybe my immunity is stronger?

Hello, @elizabethbit Sis, that's great to hear hubby is doing better. I bet that is tricky figuring how not to over do it and maybe not tricky. It's just listening to your body.

I'm so glad you're OK Sis! Yes, you probably have built up immunity.
