Hi
After 1 or two years i am back to Actifit again and today we had a nice walk before shopping some stuff
Today the weather was a bit hot and we went out for shopping and before that we decided to take a walk
I have decided to lose 8 kg of weight and also take more care of my body health.
Recently, I have stopped eating fast food and replaced it with healthier food
