2023 NFL Team Power Rankings: #15 Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins just make it into the top fifteen of my power rankings. I do have my questions about their quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, but when healthy he is pretty good, and they have very good receivers in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle to help him out. I'm not crazy about seeing Raheem Mostert as their RB1 though honestly. He's a bit of an injury-prone journeyman in my opinion.
The Dolphins defense had it's struggles for sure in 2022, but they hired a solid defensive coordinator in Vic Fangio and they added former Titans' speedy inside linebacker David Long Jr. to help improve on that side of the ball. They still have elite cornerback Xavien Howard on defense and also drafted another corner in Cam Smith.

Mike McDaniel enters his second season as a head coach and he seems like he'd be a fun coach to play for. He's got a great dry sense of humor and just seems pretty relatable.
The Dolphins made the playoffs last year, and actually competed well against the Bills without Tua in the Wildcard game. If they can keep Tua upright, the Dolphins could for sure be a threat.
