Derrick Henry returned to practice this week!!!!!! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

I almost could not process this news the other day. Earlier this season, on Halloween, Derrick broke a bone in his foot that then also required surgery and initially all Titans fans were pretty much in panic mode. At the time of the injury, several reporters, for various and at times questionable reasons, claimed Derrick Henry was essentially done for the season. With Derrick being injured most people just assumed the Titans would simply fade away...

Every analyst recorded in this video is a clown and should get their football analyst title revoked because they clearly don't watch football!.... truly embarrassing. I know it's all about hot takes and reactions but I mean these people are like 0 for 250 when it comes to trying to say the Titans are done. At what point is it just embarrassing and not entertaining?... I guess it makes for good redemption clips like this!!! #Titanup!

Meanwhile, despite these idiot 'writers' or 'reporters', there were some analysts singing quite a different tune about Derrick's injury. There were other reports saying quite the opposite about Derrick indeed. The conflicting reports suggested that Derrick could possibly be out just 6-10 weeks. While that is highly inconvenient and a big challenge for the Titans, 6-10 weeks was a MUCH different ball game from OUT for the SEASON.

Derrick's foot injury, while mildly serious, is absolutely recoverable. Plus, medicine and strategy and techniques for healing from injuries like this are always improving. AND Derrick Henry is not exactly your typical athlete or human for that matter. I think it's safe to assume Derrick is built different which means he just might heal different. The man is not only gifted by God to be a mega large and athletic dude, Derrick also by all accounts is a super motivated and hard working guy. I know he exhausted every resource and thought he had toward getting healed.

While Derrick plotted his healing strategy, the Titans stayed focused and won just enough games to not only stay in the playoff hunt, but they are SOOOOOO close to clinching that #1 Seed!!! The Titans learned how to rely more on defense and have other running backs step up. They learned how to be mildly to very successful without Derrick. Derrick is MASSIVELY important, but it definitely gives fans, and I imagine players too, a confidence boost to be able to win without Derrick. I bet Derrick himself found it impressive the Titans could win a bit without him.

I mean according to everyone and their mama all the Titans did on offense was hand it to Derrick Henry, right? They can't win without Derrick! No way!πŸ˜‰

But now Derrick is on his way back!!! OFFICIALLY!!!!! Look at this man! I doubt I would be running around like just two months after a broken bone in my foot and surgery!!! I doubt many would at all! This tape looks IMPRESSIVE and has Titans nation drooling!

With the Titans finding some success without Derrick, adding Derrick now is MASSIVE because it doesn't feel like Derrick is coming back to save the mightily struggling Titans, but really it feels like the Titans are adding a KILLER weapon to an already solid team!!

Despite the excitement, Derrick might not actually play on Sunday. Sunday is a huge game but I'll write about the game later.

It seems that it is always slightly possible for Derrick to play this week but it's very unlikely. The Titans seems to want to wait until the playoffs to play Derrick. Ideally the playoffs for the Titans won't start for two weeks after Sunday if the Titans can handle business at the Texans and clinch the #1 seed and BYE week!! That would give Derrick even MORE time to get as sharp and healthy as possible for a SUPER BOWL RUN!!!

Derrick has to obviously make sure his foot is good, but there is another good thing to consider. Derrick hasn't played in a long time! I am sure his body overall is quite fresh.... WHICH MEANS NIGHTMARES FOR ALL OTHER TEAMS!!

LOOK OUT HERE COMES THE KING BABY!!!!!!!! The league better strap them pads up, don't be scared now!!! #TITANUP
