Kerry Collins Days Until Titans Football!! + Titans vs Bills Madden 23 Game

This picture of Kerry Collins actually brings back a lot of pretty fun memories. Collins played for the Titans for five seasons from 2006-2010. While Kerry was pretty much in the final stage of his career at that point and a backup for much of his time in Tennessee, Collins did have one last really good season with the Titans in 2008. That was his last season as a team's starting QB and man, he really made the most of it. The Titans were a run heavy team with a top notch defense but still, Collins played his role well and helped the Titans go 13-3 that season. The Titans started 10-0!!! What a fun ten weeks those were! It seemed the Titans just could not lose!

Collins' career was solid, but odd in some ways I guess. He was a 2x Pro Bowler AND a 2x Runner-Up for Comeback Player of the Year! Collins led a team to the playoffs four times in his career, and even went to a Super Bowl, but he played rather awfully in that game. Other than those good seasons, Collins was kind of a low-level starter, high end back up caliber player.

Still, Collins was a serviceable QB at the end of the day and it is a TEAM sport at the end of the day. Collins can only do so much! He did finish with some nice looking career totals too, like 40,000 passing yards and over 200 touchdown passes!

Even if it was brief, I'm glad for the good time Collins assisted in providing. Also, Collins is a local legend in my state of Pennsylvania! Pretty cool.
