Mike Perry UFC Panini Prizm Card 2021

Mike Perry may not be the best MMA fighter the UFC has ever had, but man he's definitely one of the most memorable fighters ever that's for sure.

Mike Perry is well known in the MMA community for various wild reasons. He is a pretty crazy dude, known to yell in opponents faces at press-conferences, shove them, or just otherwise say insane but memorable things whenever there is a mic in front of him.

To go along with his wild, loud personality, Mike Perry is known to fight pretty hard and competitively in many of his fights. He definitely has power and skill, he just couldn't quite make it to much more than journeyman status, and even that title perhaps was starting to fade. Nevertheless I knew that when Mike was going to fight, it would be thrilling.

Mike Perry has fought a lot of tough well known guys in the UFC like, Alan Jouban, Santiago Ponzinibbio, Max Griffin, Donald Cerrone, Vicente Luque, Geoff Neal, and Tim Means. Perry lost to all of those guys unfortunately but he was quite competitive many of them. For example he lost to Vicente Luque by split decision. That's a decent consolation prize considering Luque could be fighting for the Title very soon.

Perry does have some solid wins over respectable names though. Names like:

• Jake Ellenberger
• Paul Felder
• Alex Oliveira
• Mickey Gall

What makes this card actually even more interesting all of a sudden is the fact that just as of this year in 2021, Mike Perry actually is no longer in the UFC. He actually recently fought in a boxing match vs Michael Seals and got the victory.

It's hard to say what is in store for Perry's career moving forward. He clearly has a career in fighting one way or another.

It's always possible Perry returns to MMA. Who knows though. Would it be in the UFC if he did? Again, who knows. There's a lot of intrigue and mystery in terms of his future in combat sports.

I'm glad I snagged his card while he was a member of the UFC, who knows how many really exist! I think this bad boy could age well!
