The Phillies managed to get their first sweep in quite awhile! It was a clean 4-2 victory with Zack Wheeler getting his tenth win. Wheeler became the third Phillie to get double digit wins in 2025, pretty cool. Edmundo Sosa hit his sixth homer last night which was nice. I wonder what type of power numbers he'd get if he played every day? Jhoan Durán made his second consecutive appearance, grabbing his second consecutive save!

Alec Bohm has started playing in Lehigh Valley recovering from injury and Aaron Nola has been doing the same and is set to make his third start tomorrow in Buffalo, New Yok. The Phillies have been on a roll, but if those guys can come back and play well too, the Phillies will be even more dangerous come October!

The Mets have now lost SEVEN straight games and the Phillies lead in the NL East has grown to five and half, crazy!!

The Phils will be in Cincinnati tonight to begin a three game series. The Reds are very much alive in the NL Wild Card race, only behind a game and a half of the final spot. Walker on the mound for the Phillies.

Let's see if the fellas can stay on this hot streak!
