Titans at Rams preview!

Man oh man it's nearly that time. Tonight the Titans face Rams in a battle between AFC and NFC #1 seeds.

It has been a stressful, interesting week as a Titans fan leading up to this game. The obvious big news is that Derrick Henry is injured and is to be replaced by, at least in part, by NFL legend Adrian Peterson. It is going to be a tough task without the team's number one player.

The Rams are a potent threat, with zero major holes in their game. They can dominate on both sides of the ball. Matt Safford, Cooper Kupp, Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey, and newly acquired star linebacker Von Miller. It's safe to say I'm nervous for this game.

Frankly, this is a game with a lot of unanswered questions that I won't know the answer to until the game starts.

How efficient will the Titans be rushing the ball? How can the offense function in general without King Henry? Can QB Ryan Tannehill step it up and prove a lot of doubters wrong? Can the defense slow down the Rams offense?

But honestly, if the Titans can grind out rushing yards, I see no reason the Titans can't function as normal, and WIN tonight. They would once again shock the NFL world on National TV, in LA.

One thing I will say that I find odd is the Rams lack of a major running back threat. They have a few ok backs, we shall see. I don't really picture the Rams as that balanced on offense, but I really have no stats to back that up. If they are one dimensional, I could see Mike Vrabel and company taking advantage.

But really, this game is pretty big and I'm nervous. The Rams are really good. The Rams are an NFC opponent so a loss would not be insanely horrible, but it would suck. I want the Titans to grab the number one seed somehow.

Game starts in 10-20 minutes, let's go Titans!
