Titans retain DT Jeffery Simmons as they agree to a 4 Year Deal worth $94 Million (Approx. 3,348 BTC) Deal!

The Titans absolutely did the right thing by paying the team's elite big man Jeffery Simmons. Jeffery earned this big payday throughout his first four years in the league thanks to his outstanding play year in and year out.

Simmons' $94 million deal includes $66 million guaranteed and it makes him the league's second highest paid interior defensive lineman behind the Rams' Aaron Donald.

I'll never forget Big Jeff's first ever NFL appearance in 2019 against the Chargers. Simmons made a legendary impact in that very first appearance. The Titans would go on to rally to make the playoffs that season and have a really special playoff run defeating the Patriots and the Ravens.

Simmons was simply a breath of fresh air. He brought so much juice in 2019 and has brought the juice in his three years since then. Simmons is highly effective in the run and pass. Just a real freak of nature on the d-line. He's also developed into a great team leader. Simmons is also a two time NFL All-Pro and Pro Bowler, achieving both consecutively for the past two years.

Simmons was a must re-sign and man it feels great as a fan knowing Simmons will stay with the Titans for another significant portion of time. Would be great to see him be a Titan for his entire career. Simmons will be 26 at the start of this upcoming season, so the Titans will have him in his ultimate prime!!

The Titans may have not been able to keep A.J. Brown, but at least Simmons is sticking around!! Great to see and hopefully the other players on the roster will see that too.
