Retomando mis reportes luego de una semana de vacaciones empiezo nuevamente mis actividades deportivas y para no desaprovechar el tiempo decidí entrenar en mi casa un movimiento de calistenia muy vistoso que es la straddle planche, que cada día voy mejorando la forma junto con movimientos específicos para ganar más fuerza ya que la carga cae principalmente en los hombros y muestro unas fotografías de como actualmente la entreno.
