次はピーマンとベーコンの炒め物です。
本当はもっとたくさんのお野菜で「野菜炒め」を作りたかった。
でも、前日までばたばたしていて、食材の準備ができませんでした。
しかし、今回のお弁当はシンプルで統一したのです。
これもまたシンプルで良いことにしました。
私は炒めたピーマンが大好きです。
味も香りも、美味しそうで食欲を増します。
特に夏のピーマンは旬なので、味は格別です。
ピーマンは緑黄色野菜なので、油と炒めると栄養価が高まると聞いたことがあります。
美味しく食べて栄養も摂れる、嬉しい野菜です。
おにぎりは、せっかくにぎってきたのに、何となくお箸で崩してしまう（笑）
海苔を持ってきていたら巻いて食べても良かったかもしれません。
この日は海苔も準備してませんでした。
そういえば、私はおにぎりの「俵がた」が上手くできません。
三角おにぎりはまずまず上手に作れるのですが…。
でも、お弁当箱に詰める時は、俵がたの方が都合が良いのですよね。
今度作るときは、もう少し工夫してみよう。
そんなことを考えながら、風景と空気を楽しみます。

本当に天気予報通りに今週は寒くなっています。
ついこの間まで室温は30℃を超えていたのに、今は21℃しかありません。
急激な季節の変化は着るものに迷いますね。
風邪ひかない様に気をつけます。
