3.年末おでん2021/Oden at the end of 2021/My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2022
もう年が明けましたが、年末のおでんの記事に戻ります。
さて、この水筒の中には、水で割った焼酎が入っています。
これが「前割り焼酎（まえわりしょうちゅう）」です。
焼酎の前割は、私もほんの2、3年前くらいに知りました。
それまでは普通に「水割り」「ロック」「お湯割り」で飲んでいました。
「前割り焼酎」は、焼酎と水をあらかじめ好みの割合で混ぜておくものです。
それで、一晩以上寝かせたものを指します。
水と焼酎が馴染んで、まろやかになって、凄く美味しくなるのです。
前割りしたものを冷やしても温めても美味しいので素晴らしいです。
ウイスキーでも同じ様に水割りを時間をかけて作る習慣はあるらしいです。
飲む1日前にこうして手をかけておくのが良いのですね。
お酒のつんとする「アルコール感」みたいなものが苦手な人には特におすすめです。
焼酎と水の割合は決まっていません。
自分の好きな割合を見つけるのがまた楽しいですね。
お湯割りの時は「焼酎：水＝６：４」が基本らしいです。
ロクヨンと言われます。
でも、これも自分の好みにすれば良いのです。
前割りも同じです。
私は５：５くらいにしています。
そして飲む時にその日の体調に合わせて水を足しています。
前割した焼酎を耐熱ガラス容器に入れて、湯煎します。
熱燗にしましょう。
冬の夜におでんをつつきながら熱燗。
あー大人で良かった。
こうしてアルコールストーブでゆっくりと温めていきます。

今日は朝の気温が3℃くらいでした。
久しぶりに氷点下じゃない朝だった様に思います。
しかし、風も冷たいしあまり太陽が出てないので寒く感じました。
それでも冬至より陽は長くなっていると思うと少し心は明るくなります。
