I mainly use these five water bottles for different purposes.
I have chosen to use "Bottle 5 (Five)" this time, but there is actually one more bottle.
I will explain that one later.

These two bottles are decorated with Apple stickers, but they are not Apple products at all.
One is a Thermos 500mL bottle that keeps the water hot and cold.
I have been using this bottle for so long that I don't know how long I have been using it.
It has been bumped here and there and some of the paint has peeled off.
The lid can be opened with one hand and the drinking spout is designed for "direct drinking". It is really convenient.

The smaller one is a 300mL bottle that is unbranded and can be kept somewhat warm and cold.
I use it to hold my nutritional drink right after a workout.
It doesn't keep the drink very hot or cold, but it is lightweight and fits in a small pocket.

I use the 500mL bottle all year round, and in the winter I fill it with hot coffee and take it to work.
The 300mL is also useful for walking. The 300mL is mainly used in the hot season for a drink to be taken right after a workout.

This is a 750mL version of the Thermos 500mL bottle that can be kept hot and cold, which I introduced earlier.
I bought it because the summer of 2023 was so hot that I wanted to carry more cold barley tea with me.

I bought this one recently, so there are some improvements here and there over the 500mL type.
The ability to keep hot and cold seems to have been improved.
However, it seems to be a little heavier than the 500mL type, but this trade-off may be unavoidable.

This is also designed so that the drinking spout can be used for direct drinking.
In the winter, I pack hot coffee in the same way and take it to work.
I think it is important to go with a bottle that can keep the coffee warm so I don't spill it at my desk.

This bottle is decorated with a GoPro sticker.

As some of you may have noticed, this sticker is quite old.
The recent GoPro logo is missing the "Be a HERO.
Perhaps the font has changed a bit as well.

I think the latest version of GoPro is "HERO12" now.
This sticker is from the "HERO4" and I think it's from around 2016.

These two bottles were both purchased at a ¥100 store and are ¥100 bottles.
The whale one is 500mL and the one with the gray lid is 600mL.

These bottles do not need to be kept particularly warm or cold, or I carry them at room temperature and put drinks in them during the season when I want to drink at room temperature.
I also put things that I prefer not to put in bottles with metal insides. Mainly sports drinks.

I am thinking of using the 600mL one as a "disaster prevention bottle" instead of putting drinks in it in the future.

It is a transparent bottle filled with items that are immediately needed in case of a disaster and can be carried lightweight.

My walking is a part of my life and the bottles will help me with that as well.

この2本はAppleのステッカーでデコレーションしてありますが、全然Apple製品ではありません。
片方はThermos（サーモス）の保温保冷ができるボトル・500mLです。
このボトルはもういつから使っているのか分からないくらい長く使っています。
あちこちぶつけて塗装が剥がれてしまっている箇所もあります。
片手で蓋を開けることができて、飲み口が「直飲み」出来るようになっています。本当に便利です。

小さい方はノーブランドのもので多少は保温保冷ができる300mLのボトルです。
運動直後の栄養補給用のドリンク入れるのに使用しています。
あまり保温保冷が効かないけれど、その分軽量で小さなポケットにも収まります。

500mLの方は、年中使っていて、冬はホットコーヒーを詰めて会社へ持って行きます。
ウォーキングの時にも重宝していて、300mLの方は主に暑い季節に運動直後に飲むドリンクを入れて使います。

こちらは先にご紹介したThermos（サーモス）の保温保冷ができるボトル・500mLの750mL版です。
2023年の夏があまりにも暑くて、冷たい麦茶を多めに持ち歩きたくて購入しました。

これは最近買ったので、500mLのタイプよりあちこち改良されている点があるようです。
保温保冷の能力もアップしているように思います。
ただ、その分少し重量が増しているような気がしますが、このトレードオフは仕方ないかも。

これも飲み口が直飲みできるように工夫されています。
冬は同様にホットコーヒーを詰めて会社に持っていってます。
デスクでコーヒーをこぼさないように、保温できるボトルに入れて行くのは大事だと思います。

この機会に防災ボトルのご紹介をしようと思います。
透明なボトルの中に、災害に遭った時にすぐ必要になるものを詰めておき、軽量に持ち歩けるようにするものです。
日本で2022年に紹介され、SNSで非常に評価されたものです。作るのも簡単なので、こちらに関連記事をご案内します。

こちらがTOPの写真に漏れてしまった6本目のボトルです。
保温保冷能力に優れた、Thermos（サーモス）の保温保冷ができるボトル・500mLです。
これは「山専ボトル」と呼ばれていて、平地より過酷な環境となる登山での使用を想定しています。

私がもっているこの500mLのスペックは
「保温効力(6時間)：77℃以上」「保冷効力(6時間)：10℃以下」という高い能力です。
これにお湯を入れて山へ行けば、元々の温度が高いので、燃料を節約できます。

例えばアルファ米を山頂で食べようとする時、水から沸かすと10分近くかかることがあります。
山頂の風が強かったりすると、早くお湯を沸かしたいところです。
スタートが70℃だと、熱湯がすぐに手に入ります。

保冷効果も高くてとても高性能なのですが、やっぱり重いんですよね。
それでもこのボトルを1本持っておくだけで登山の快適性は全然違います。

以上の6本、この子達が私を守ってくれているボトルたちです。
ペットボトルをうまく活用して済ませている方もおられますが、私はこのように機能を持たせたボトルを使い分けることが好きです。

私のウォーキングは生活の一部ですが、その時もボトルのお世話になります。
冬も夏も、一年中ボトルを活用する生活を継続したいと思っています。
