My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2024| Smoked liver + dill and soba noodles + thin green onions/燻製レバー+ディルとお蕎麦+細ネギ/[ENG/JPN]

I recently purchased an assortment of pork sausages.
The assortment I purchased also included smoked liver, which I was looking forward to snacking on and drinking.
Last week was my spring physical, and I had moderated my drinking right before.
First of all, there were no bad results, so I decided to have a beer for the first time in a while.

Spring Potato Gratin/春のポテトグラタン/[ENG/JPN]

This sausage and ham-making workshop has a directly-managed store on the way to the campground I often visit.
I would love to stop by this directly-managed store and buy the processed meat before going to the camp and cooking and eating it at the campsite, but the timing was never quite right.
So I finally bought it from the online store.

The sausages and hams are manufactured with the aim of making safe, secure, and delicious meat, and are very tasty.
The smoked liver was sold exactly as a set of snacks for drinking.

I have also grown dill that I purchased as seedlings on my balcony and it is growing steadily.
I have been using this dill by cutting and coming over a little at a time when I need it, but once I had it I wanted to eat it with meat dishes to make sure it was well matched.

I am going to make another blog post about it, but I decided to pull out all the fine green onions I had been growing on the balcony and eat them once and for all, so I had that with this smoked liver as well.
The savory herbs and the meat dish with its full flavor went very well together.

I had this smoked liver and dill with beer at around 16:00 on a holiday evening, and later, at around 20:00 in the evening, I got hungry and decided to boil soba noodles to eat.
At that time, I decided to eat the thin green onions I had grown and pulled out myself in the men-tsuyu.

The growth conditions were not good, so I gave up growing any more and decided to eat them, but the aroma was that of a leek, and they were a great condiment.

Since it was a warm day, I ate it like zaru soba on this day.
I prefer udon, but it is good to eat soba like this once in a while.
And it was great to be able to eat it with my own green onions on the side.

At first, I started the "bay window vegetable garden" and "balcony vegetable garden" to realize my dream of "taking my own vegetables and herbs and eating them at the campsite," but the scope of my enjoyment has expanded even further.
I am very happy to have them on my table on a daily basis.

■diary with a few words
The weather was nice, the weather was good, and when I went out for a walk, there were tremendous crowds.
It was a pleasant afternoon for a walk, not too hot, not too cold, not too sweaty, and the wind was calm.
I spent the morning at home doing laundry and baking focaccia, but it was a peaceful spring day.

先日、ポークソーセージの詰め合わせを購入しました。
購入した詰め合わせにはレバーの燻製も入っていて、これをおつまみにお酒を飲むのを楽しみにしていました。
先週は春の健康診断で、直前はお酒を節制していたのです。
まずは悪い結果は出ていないので、久しぶりにビールを飲むことにしました。

ポークソーセージの詰め合わせについては以下の記事で少しだけ書きました。

このソーセージ、ハム作りの工房の直営店が、私がよく行くキャンプ場への通り道にあります。
この直営店に寄って、加工肉を購入してからキャンプへ行き、キャンプ場で調理して食べたいな、と思うのですが、なかなかタイミングが合わなくて、購入することができなかったのです。
そこでついにオンラインショップで買ったのです。

安心、安全、美味しい肉を目指して製造されていて、とても美味しいソーセージやハムです。
燻製レバーはまさにお酒のおつまみセットとして販売されていました。

苗で購入したディルもベランダで育てていますが、安定して育っています。
私はこのディルを必要な時に少しずつカットして来て使っているのですが、一度は肉料理にしっかりと合わせて食べたいなと思っていました。

また、別のブログ記事にしようと思っていますが、ベランダで育てていた細ネギを一旦全て引き抜いて食べてしまうことに決めたので、それもこの燻製レバーと合わせていただきました。
香味の強いハーブと、味にコクのある肉料理はとても相性が良かったです。

この燻製レバーとディルをビールでいただいたのは休日の夕方16:00頃で、その後、夜の20:00くらいになってお腹が空いて来たので、お蕎麦を茹でて食べることにしました。
その時に、自分で育てて、自分で引っこ抜いておいた細ネギをめんつゆに入れて食べることにしました。

成長状況が良くなかったので、これ以上育てるのを諦めて食べることに決めたのですが、香りはしっかりとネギの香りがして、薬味としては最高でした。

暖かい日だったので、この日はざるそば風にして食べました。
私はうどんの方が好きですが、こうしてたまに蕎麦を食べるのも良いですね。
そして、自分で作ったネギを添えて食べることができて最高でした。

最初は「自分で作った野菜やハーブを持って行き、キャンプ場で食べる」と言う夢を実現させるために始めた「出窓菜園」と「ベランダ菜園」でしたが、さらに楽しみの範囲が広がってきました。
日常的に食卓に上がるまでになり、とても満足しています。

■ひとこと日記
気候も良いし天気も良いし、散歩に出かけたらものすごい人だらけでした。
暑くもなく寒くもなく、汗ばむほどでもなく風も穏やかで、散歩の楽しい午後でした。
午前中は洗濯したりフォカッチャ焼いたり自宅で過ごしましたが、心穏やかな春の日でした。
