The day started with the sum coming out bright and warm. The wind blew the trees in the backyard softly. My neighbours new hens were busy clucking around their backyard. My dogs were just listening at them intently.
The walk to the butchers was warm. My arms had a small workout from ten kilos of meat.
See what I did there. Painted a picture in your head.

Decent amount of steps. Too bad I can't count when I'm in class.

Good class when I manage to not get tapped out by a black belt.

Round two of interment fasting tomorrow.
