What a day. Went for an early walk and did four K halfway through the walk. It's not that much but I have to take what I put in.
Friend of mine I've not seen for over four years joined the club I've been training for the last five years.
Whoa, just realised I've not seen him for more than six years.
He trains good two kids martial arts and decided their BJJ was not challenging enough so decided to join my club.
His first class was tonight. He looked like a fish out of water. But I think he will be staying which is good.
I've known them since I was in my twenties so he knows that I've done other training will before my current club. Hope he doesn't expect to much from me.
