My Actifit Report Card: December 16 2021
Team Christmas lunch at the RSL.
The step count was decent from the constant walking back and forth to the bar LOL.
It didn't last long though because there was still that eerie feeling with all the omicron in the news so I just ended up going to my local pub drinking by myself.
I know it's a sad state of affairs having to drink by yourself but it's also a blessing to be able to just go to my local to drink peacefully.
I can't really say this is a heath kind of post other than my step count. One step forward, two steps back.
I must say though the amount of beer I drank to the amount of steps associated with ordering them was good for the overall health benefit.
That's what I say to myself in order to justify my excess in alcohol consumption.
