My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2022

This post is a day late.

It's a workday at the office today. With rain all day. Couldn't do my park walk so the steps reflect the small amount.

My workout.


Nothing like watching basketball playoffs while getting your sweat on.

I actually had a little sweat doing my chest routine.

I refrain from doing whole body workout cos it tends to take longer for me to recover. So I try to stick to two major muscle groups each session.

I have skinny arms. Always have. So chest or good for also targeting triceps.

I started with five kilos on the bar into increments of two and a half per six sets of ten, maxing to just seventeen and a half kilos.

I added five kilos flies of three sets of ten to finish chest routine

I always find it weird writing in describing what I've done so the paragraph of just designed to take my mind off the weird feeling.

Was not feeling a hundred percent so just did six different core exercises, ten each to end the workout.

If you look close enough to my eyes you can catch a glimpse of tiredness creeping in.
