My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2023
Chest day.
My usual routine of inclined and flat bench press. I took my time as always and moved comfortably to twenty pounds each side. Clean presses.
I didn't go past it since I and dumbbell presses to isolate the chest individually. Two different dumbbell presses plus tricep curls the sets.
These I hope will help me get my stronger to show me to progress past the twenty pound limit I've tried to get past.
