Description from Strava: Today is my first day back in Leeds after my week in Poland for a Hive @buzzparty. I started out in the cold in search of coffee, walking down the street in the city centre that’s called, ”The Calls.”
In the first photo you see the water taxi cruising down the River Aire. When you come to Leeds, you can catch this cab, either near the train station or at the other end on the Leeds Dock.
So if you were to pay me a visit, you could arrive at the LEEDS Station 🚉 then take the water taxi to the Leeds Dock, wherein is the Creative District where I live.
In the second photo, along the historic black bricks paving The Calls, you can see the river side of the ancient Leeds Minster. As I walked by I could hear the sounding of the carillion!
