Jogging 8km to Azrieli Holon Business Center - 16k activity - My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2023

Hello and welcome to yesterday's #actifit activity report¹

Yesterday I went on a morning jog. After a 60km cycling trip the day before I took it easy and jogged in a slow pace without any distance goals in mind. I finished my jog in about one hour and a half with a good 8km distance.

While jogging I reached the "Azrieli Holon Business Center" and went exploring the outdoor plaza.

The retail floor of the Holon Business Center offers visitors and tenants of the business park a unique shopping experience. Established in 2013, the Azrieli Holon Business Center is home to a wide range of companies in high tech, banking, finance, and more. T

The Center caters to the numerous employees who work there, with amenities such as cafes, restaurants, pubs, a gym, a billiard club, a supermarket, and more. The Holon Business Center includes four innovative office buildings totaling 120,000 sqm which each have a retail floor at their base. The Center is located in the heart of the populous Gush Dan region, adjacent to the Holon Interchange.

The Business Center also includes a stunning central outdoor plaza with striking water and landscape features, which serves as a place for employees to relax, refresh, and get together.

The first thing that pulled my attention was about a dozen big flower pots with different flowers and a trees. The flowers are in full spring bloom and I took some photos of the pots.

Most of the flowers are familiar to me and I have seen them previously in Holon. Some Petunias are with interesting and new variations of colour and shape.

In the middle of the plaza I found a showcase house of recycled materials. The walls are filled with plastic bottles and windows with paper shreds and aluminium cans. The idea behind the structure is to show the commitment of Azrieli group to a more eco friendly construction and to promote the group as socially and environmentally responsible.

The plaza features two ecological pools with fish, greenery and lily flowers.

On the way back home I encountered and photographed a beautiful grey cat that was very tolerant to my presents, my guess it is a house cat.
